20minute training session with the WPEC trainer in a separate arena, scheduled to be approximately 5minutes before your class. If entering two classes, please advise which test you would like the training session before. NB the training session may take place in a different size of arena than the test you have entered.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to WPEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Entry Fees: Members: £12.50 per class, Non-members: £18per class

Training: £15 per 20minutes

Withdrawals/Refunds

WITHDRAWALS/REFUNDS, SUBSTITUTIONS AND MEMBER TRANSFERS The booking fee for My Riding Life is non refundable, in line with their terms and conditions.  Any withdrawals must be made in writing by email to wpecdressage@outlook.com and be received prior to the close of entries on My Riding Life website. Refunds for withdrawals for non members will only be made if entries have not yet closed on My Riding Life website and are at the discretion of the secretary. Any refund will be subject to a £1.50 admin fee.

Members are permitted to transfer their entry to a show later in the season up midday on the Friday before the Sunday show day, this excludes the final meet of the year (Championships) and is at the discretion of the show secretary. Entrant substitutions are permitted at the discretion of the show secretary and must emailed to the show secretary in advance of the show day.
