Payment Details & Event Fees
All bookings to be made in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Deer Park.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

£25 per horse

Withdrawals/Refunds
No refunds, exchanges up to 6 weeks from original booking date. The venue must be notified before time of arrival.

Terms & Conditions
Please read the rules below before signing the declaration:
1. Neither the organiser nor the sponsors accept any liability for any theft or loss, accidents, injury, illness or damage to horses, owners, riders, spectators, ground or any person’s property, whatsoever.
2. We recommend you should have public liability to a limit of £5 million, with regard to this you should take professional advice from your insurers or broker.
3. Hats conforming to the latest standards and correct footwear must be worn at all times when mounted
4. Back protectors are compulsory
5. Riders must be accompanied either by another rider or by someone on the ground.
6. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the organisers will result in removal from the premises without refund
7. All dogs to be kept on a short lead.

Please confirm you have read the above rules and agree to abide by them. Riders under the age of 16 require the consent and signature of an adult

Note: If you require assistance please call us on 07964 660702 / 01242 821097, do not enter the equestrian yard under any circumstances.
If you have known issues with loading your horse/pony please ensure you have adequate assistance as we cannot provide any temporary stabling.
Your booking is non refundable, transfers within a 2 week period can be made with 24 hours notice.
