Show Information

A split session, one hour unmounted and one hour ridden. Your unmounted session will be a franklin balls demo and activities for you, as riders, to use. The aim is to increase softness and improve your contact. Franklin balls help with body awareness and controlled movements. It helps you to feel your muscles and put yourself in better alignment. This session will be with Kimberley Smith. This will then be followed by a ridden session with Lucy where we will work on balance and alignment through various exercise over poles and cones etc to help improve your feel of you position and your balance. The cost will be £55 per person, this will include both of your sessions and a glass of pimms.
