A Sociable fun course of clinics.

During these clinics we will be working through gridwork exercises and also some gymnastic jumping exercises for both horse and rider coordination. Continuing working with Lucy on exercises to build rider fitness, core strength, balance and endurance. Exercises will be scaled up and down according to riders capabilities. You can then relax and celebrate with a glass of fizz at the end. 2 groups of 4. (Total of 8 spaces available) One hour sessions. £35 per person.
