Classes will close 4 days before each show or before if we reach our capacity for the day.
Late entries may be taken with an extra £3 late entry fee.
Run under BS Rules, with the exception of 3 refusals will be allowed per round in classes 1,2,3 and 4, 2 per round in classes 4,5 and 6.
Payment Details & Event Fees
ALL CLASSES PRE ENTRY - You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to IB EQUESTRIAN SERVICES.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
ENTRY FEE £16.00 per class.
First Aid £5 per rider.
PRIZES: CLASS 1, FIRST PLACE ROSSETTES FOR ALL DOUBLE CLEARS. PRIZE MONEY IN THE FORM OF ENTRY VOUCHERS FOR CLASSES ACCORDING TO STARTERS IF MORE THAN 10 IN THE CLASS, 2,3,4,5 AND 6 ,ENTRY VOUCHERS TO THE VALUE OF 1st £20 ,2nd £15 ,3rd £15. DEPENDANT ON NUMBER OF STARTERS AND ROSETTES DOWN THE LINE.
Withdrawals/Refunds WITHDRAWAL POLICY – SHOWS
Withdrawals for online bookings for shows will only be made if made by email to ian@ibequestrianservices.co.uk up until 7 days before the booked date. These will then be refunded as a credit on the account and will not include the booking fee which is paid to our online entry agents. Credits on the account can be used at future events at Petley Wood run by IB Equestrian Services, please contact us when you would like to use it. Withdrawals made after the 7 days before the booked date will not be credited unless the withdrawal is made before times/ draws are published and a vet or hospital certificate is provided and will be subject to a £5 admin fee.
