For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. Neither the organisers nor The British Horse Society accept responsibility for any accident, injury, loss or illness to horse, rider, spectator or property while present at this clinic.

Emergency first aid is available by calling ‘999’.

Can we please remind everyone that when booking onto one of our clinics the onus is on you to advise the organiser as soon as you realise you may have a problem attending through horse, rider or transport problems. The Club generally run clinics as non-profit making and therefore once the times and groups have been issued (which we try to do so as late as possible) we are obliged to pay the venue and instructor for the hours booked and anyone cancelling last minute may incur costs for the club.  Anyone cancelling after the times have been issued may be required to still pay for their session or at least a portion of the cost, if their slot cannot be filled by someone else.
Any clinic spaces booked may not be cancelled or carried forward unless a request is accompanied by a vet or doctor certificate. If the clinic is cancelled by Solent RC, then all participants will be able to use their payment as a credit towards another clinic or event. Solent RC reserves the right to change or amend this condition as required.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CLEAR UP ANY DROPPINGS OR LOOSE HAY FROM THE VENUE BEFORE DEPARTURE
