Please contact the centre for further information on Tel 01225 783220. ENTRIES CLOSE: 10 days before competition. Late entries may be accepted online up to 3 days before the competition if space allows. Late entry fee is an additional £3.00 per class.
We have both indoor and outdoor arenas - any of these may be used in any combination for any competition. Times will be available after 14:00pm on Tuesday 25th March 2025.
Payment Details & Event Fees
- Entries accepted in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
- Payment is secure and it goes directly to West Wilts EC. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
- Late entries are £3 extra per class if space permits.
- There will be a surcharge of £5 per entry for anyone entering after the times have been done ie 3 days before the competition.
Stabling Information: Yes
Stabling available on site, please ring the office 01225 783220 to book.
All competitions are pre-entry only, no refund or transfer is possible after initial close of entries date as published on the schedule. All withdrawals to be made via e-mail please. The booking fee is non-refundable in all cases. For withdrawals before the published closing date refunds of the Entry Cost can be made less £3.00 Admin Fee alternatively, we can offer a free transfer to another event. No refunds or transfers can be made during the late entry period unless we are able to replace it from a wait list. Please see relevant rule books for additional policies in place for British Dressage, British Show Jumping and British Eventing.
- All entries and payments to be made online.
- ALL horses must not be under current investigation for infectious diseases including, for example, Equine Herpes Virus (EHV), Equine Influenza, Strangles.
- All Horses must not have been in contact with and is not kept on the same premises as a horse known to have or be under investigation for the neurological form of EHV, Equine Influenza, Strangles or Equine Viral Arteritis.
- All activity will be in accordance with the advice from the relevant national body, and ANY social distancing guidelines must always be adhered to.
- HORSES/PONIES MUST NOT BE LEFT TIED UP OUTSIDE UNATTENDED.
- Please do not park in front of or block access to the loading bay.
- PLEASE PRINT/MAKE YOUR OWN ALLOCATED RIDER NUMBER OR USE YOUR NUMBER DISKS. NUMBERS WILL BE ALLOCATED WITH TIMES. THIS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES AND MUST BE EASILY READABLE.
- NO spectators or filming are allowed in any of the warm-up or competition arenas. Please use viewing areas.
- Warm up time may be limited by numbers allowed in arena to an estimated 30 – 40 minutes.
- You are expected to ride on your allocated times. If you do not do so, you risk being unable to compete.
- DRESSAGE SHEETS - Please email us for a copy or leave an A5 Large Letter Stamped Addressed HARD BACKED Envelope for rosettes or an ordinary SAE for dressage sheets only.
- PLEASE CLEAR UP ANY DROPPINGS OR HAY IN THE LORRY PARK.
- Dogs are allowed but MUST be kept on a short lead at all times. No Exceptions.
