1. A distance of 10 meters must be observed between parked vehicles
2. Social distancing guidelines as set out by the government for individuals must be adhered to at all times during your visit to Parwood.
3. Dogs permitted in car park on lead at all times.
4. Access to Parwood is only permitted for pre-booked riders, members of their household/trainer as specified by the Government during their permitted time-slot. Please observe special attention during entry and exit of the school.
5. ENTRY to the outdoor are is through the gates next to the judge’s box. EXIT is through the side gate closest to the car park. This is to limit interaction with others and gates will be marked clearly.
6. Additional horses per booking slot are ONLY permitted for members from the same household.
7. Access is to hired facilities only for the duration of the pre-booked timeslot. No access to the lunge pen, indoor school, viewing gallery or X-Country.
8. For Health and safety, Time slots are not flexible and must be adhered to. We cannot accommodate latecomers during this time
9. Warmup, training and cooling down is within the allocated timeslots.
10. Gallop access is through the path between the indoor and outdoor school. Please leave the gallops via the Cross Country field and stay on the grass pathway (grass has been cut short) EXIT is through the path between the outdoor and field leading past the lunge pen closest to the car park to limit interaction with others.
11. Do not attempt to cross at any choke point. Priority is for the party arriving to use the facilities.
12. WC access is strictly for 1 person at the time. The external door has been fitted with a catch lock so only one person can enter this area at one time. Please consider this external door as the WC door for both male and female and close/lock it behind you whilst using the facilities. Sanitisers will be provided for you to clean the WC prior to your own use. Please be respectful to others and leave the facilities as clean as possible. Signs will be on display as a reminder.
13. All bookings are self-service via our website.
14. If you need to contact a member of staff whilst on the facilities telephone numbers will be on display on the office door as the office will be closed to limit staff interaction during this time.

£20 for half hour for ONE HORSE/RIDER. Additional horses £7.50 each for 30 mins  e.g. 2 horses in 30 minutes will be £27.50

£40 for an hour ONE HORSE/RIDER. Additional horses £15 each for an hour e.g. 2 horses in 1 hour will be £55 etc

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Please note Parwood Equestrian Centre operates a cancellation policy of 48hrs notice. Parwood Equestrian cannot refund bookings with notice of less than 48hrs nor can these bookings be amended or transferred to future dates. Parwood Equestrian will refund* any bookings within the 48hr period which are supported by a copy of a valid veterinary or doctor’s certificate which must be supplied prior to refunding. *excluding MRL online £1.50 booking fee
