ENTRIES CLOSE: 23.08.24 Late entries accepted if space – surcharge of £2.00 extra. Entries may be limited, in this event there will be a waiting list. Entries £8 per class if pre-entered Entries on the day £10 on the day, until class is full if there is space (cash only) £3 per rider for medical cover
Payment Details & Event Fees
Pre-entries online £8 - Entries taken on the day will be £10, if spaces allow. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Solihull Riding Club. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Refunds: No refunds will be made after the closing date. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO AND NO REFUND OF ENTRY WILL BE MADE. Transfers: No transfers will be made after the release of the times. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO AND NO TRANSFER OF ENTRY WILL BE MADE.
General Rules: HATS must be worn whenever mounted and should be to the correct current standard. BODY PROTECTORS may be worn in working hunter classes, if one is used it must comply with current safety standards. CORRECT dress & footwear with defined heels must be worn. ALL ridden horses and ponies must be four years old and over. ALL Riders to be 4-years old and over (on day of show) ENTRIES accepted at rider’s risk. SRC reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The Judge’s decision is final. INSURANCE Each competitor must carry their own liability insurance whether Riding Club, Pony Club, BHS, BS, BD, BE or independent cover. HEALTH & SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. Those attending this event must report any accidents to the secretary or organizer of the event. Please do not leave unattended horses tied to lorries and no hay nets to be tied to the outside of lorries or trailers. Solihull Riding Club welcomes responsible dog owners. Dogs must be always kept on a lead. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY saves for the death or injury caused by the negligence of the organisers of the event, no liability is accepted for any accident, loss or damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, owners, riders, spectators, vehicles their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. Spurs may only be worn by adult riders (on horses)
