Terms & Conditions

ENTRY ONTO THE SHOWGROUND SIGNIFIES ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES. 1. Refunds or transfers will only be applicable should the event be cancelled or postponed. 2. H&HRC reserves the right to change, cancel, refuse or restrict a class entry at their discretion and without explanation. 3. No mucking out of trailers/lorries to be carried out on the showground or in the car park. 4. No litter is to be left on the ground, please take it home. 5. Badly behaved or dangerous animals will be asked to leave the showground. 6. Bad language, misuse of the whip and/or spurs will not be tolerated. 7. All reasonable steps will be taken by H&HRC to ensure your safety. Spectators which are to be kept to one helper per rider, riders and handlers attend at their own risk. 10. Horses/Ponies are to be sound and disease free. 11. No lunging anywhere. 12. H&HRC accepts no liability for any loss, damage or accident to persons, animals or property however caused. All reasonable precautions have been taken regarding Health and Safety. 13. Rider to be of suitable size for horse/pony. 14. Hats are to be worn with a harness, adjusted and fastened. British latest standard: PAS 015:1998 OR 2011 provided they are kitemarked or inspec IC marked. VG 01.040: 2014-12 provided they are kitemarked or inspec. 15. Photographs will be taken during the event. If you do not want your picture taken and shared on HHRC web site or Facebook page please make the organisers aware on the day of the competition.
