Dressage and warm up on surfaced outdoor arena
Show jumping in the main indoor with warm up in the second indoor arena.
Cross country on shortened grass route.
No scoring apart from the dressage sheets, which will be added up and made available to collect as and when they are ready from the office.

Standard entry: £65.00

Withdrawals must be sent via email to alex@solihullridingclub.co.uk. We do not accept withdrawals via text or social media. 1. Withdrawals for whatever reason prior to the closing date will receive a full refund minus a £5.00 administration fee. 2. Withdrawals for whatever reason after the closing date will receive a full refund minus a £15.00 administration fee ONLY on receipt of a veterinary or doctor’s certificate. Withdrawals once the individuals times have been processed will not be refunded under any circumstances

Rules
No plaiting or show attire required.
Hats to current standard should be worn at all times when mounted but we will not be hat tagging at this event.
Body protectors MUST be worn for the cross country phase.
Medical armbands are advised but not compulsory and must be worn on the arm & filled out with up-to-date information.

Stop watches are permitted

CORRECT dress & footwear with defined heels must be worn. Long hair is to be suitably tied up. Horses must be at least 5 years of age. The age will be calculated from the 1st January in the year in which it was foaled Competitors must be at least 10 years old for 70cm, 80cm and 90 cm classes and at least 12 years old for the 100cm classes

Horses must be entered in their full passport name

Horses can have unlimited British Eventing Foundation points. They must not have acquired any Novice or above British Eventing points in the current or preceding two seasons. If they have acquired points in the preceding two seasons they can compete at the qualifiers but will not gain points towards Championships qualification.

ENTRIES accepted at rider’s risk. SRC reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The Judge’s decision is final.

INSURANCE Each competitor must carry their own liability insurance whether Riding Club, Pony Club, BHS, BS, BD, BE or independent cover.

HEALTH & SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. Those attending this event must report any accidents to the secretary or organizer of the event Please do not leave unattended horses tied to lorries and no hay nets to be tied to the outside of lorries or trailers. Solihull Riding Club welcomes responsible dog owners. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY save for the death or injury caused by the negligence of the organisers of the event, no liability is accepted for any accident, loss or damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, owners, riders, spectators, vehicles their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
