Long arena with dressage boards. Please do not move the boards. Please pick up all droppings in the arena and car park area. Please park at the equestrian centre (not in main car park) so drive through the wooden gates and park facing the fields in designated bays.

Payment is secure and it goes directly to The College of West Anglia.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

£30 per hour, up to 6 six horses (no extras).

All horses/ponies must be fully vaccinated against Equine Influenza and received a booster within 12 months of the show date. Horse vaccination records may be checked on arrival. 
  All hirers must follow instructions of all officials, including parking attendants. This includes vehicular entry and exit from the site. Non-compliance will result in eviction from the site.   
Parking is only behind the double wooden gates in the designated Parking bays.  
All droppings, hay and rubbish must be cleared up from the parking areas. No horses to be left tied up to the outside of any vehicle.   
Riders, grooms and coaches are the only pedestrians permitted in the lorry park. All other pedestrians must park in the car park and use the pedestrian walkway to the viewing galleries.   
Smoking/Vaping is only permitted in the designated areas.   
Dogs must be kept on a lead and are only permitted in the parking areas.   
Maximum of 6 horses in the outdoor arena, maximum of 4 horses in the indoor arena.  
Please keep pedestrians to a minimum in the arena.
No under 18’s without Parent/Guardian.  
No refunds or rollovers will be offered for cancellations made within 24 hours of booked date and time.  
Main gates will not be open before 8am and close at 5pm (4pm on weekends). Please ensure you arrive/leave within these times.  
Stallions are permitted providing they are kept under control and disclosed on booking. No tying up of stallions outside, including outside lorries, horseboxes etc.    
Please do not move any of the distances and place all equipment back where they where they were originally. Any breakages must be reported.
