Stabling must be booked online. It is essential that competitors observe health and safety etiquette in the stabling areas during the show. For hygiene reasons competitors must bring their own tools to the show.

We have 80 stables on site, all of which require shavings to be used.

£60 for one night, £85 for two nights and £110 for three nights or more (duration.) Please select DURATION stabling if staying for 3 nights or more & state arrival day in the stabling notes.
Stables are available from 2pm on the date of booking and may be vacated at the end of the show.

Arrival and departure times may be flexed upon request depending upon stable availability.

STRICTLY No arrivals after 7pm. Please call 07568 395548 in the event of emergency.

Day stables may be booked @£25 per day only if overnight stables are not booked to capacity.

Hook Up may also be booked online: £25 per night.
Stables should be left in the condition in which they are found, i.e. clear of droppings and dry. In line with biosecurity protocols we ask that competitors bank up any bedding left in stables. Failure to leave stables in a suitable condition will result in a muck out fee being charged.

A stable deposit of £15 is added to each booking. This will be refunded back to the competitors payment card if the competitor complies to the Ts and Cs associated with stabling at the show, i.e. that stables are left in a suitable clean and dry condition, swept and free of excess hay upon departure. Full details of the deposit scheme are available to view in the stable blocks at the centre.

A non-refundable £10 payment is also added to the stabling charge for the show. This £10 fee is paid to Victoria Foods to assist them in their running costs for the event. Bury Farm will only receive £50 per one night's stabling, £75 for two nights & £`00 for 3 nights. £10 will go to Victoria Foods for each stable booking.

Hay can be purchased for £3 a slice - we do not sell any haylage.

Shavings can be purchased on site for £11 per bale. Shavings must be used in our permanent indoor stables. Competitors are welcome to bring their own shavings.

Refreshments:

The Paddocks cafe team will provide a service on each day of competition and will be offering hot and cold food, drinks and snacks throughout show hours.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Stabling refunds will only be provided at the centre manager's discretion after consultation with the Victoria Foods organisers.
