This event is open to both Trailblazers and non Trailblazers competitors - please read the notes below and make sure that if you are competing in classes 2, 4, 6 or 8 you please enter your Trailblazers membership number in the 'class notes' section of your entry.  If you are not a Trailblazers 2nd round competitor you may still compete in any of the classes, and please put 'non TB' in the class notes

Those scoring 58% or more will qualify for our Championship show to be held on 12th October 2024 - see the schedule for details, and note the restrictions if you were placed 1st in our 2023 championship competition

£15 e-voucher for 1st place which can be redeemed against future entries or arena hire at Brook Farm
£10 e-voucher for 2nd place which can be redeemed against future entries or arena hire at Brook Farm
£5 e-voucher for 3rd place which can be redeemed against future entries or arena hire at Brook Farm
Vouchers are awarded for OVERALL placings (ie not split Junior / Senior) within a class and are subject to the following:
10-14 entries - 1st prize awarded
15-19 entries - 1st and 2nd prize awarded
20 entries or more - 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize awarded.

IF YOU WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO WIN YOUR CLASS AT INTRO, PRELIM OR NOVICE LEVEL AT OUR 2023 CHAMPIONSHIP COMPETITION ON 7th OCTOBER 2023, THEN YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE AT THE SAME LEVEL FOR THE 2024 CHAMPIONSHIP, AND MUST PLEASE MOVE UP A LEVEL (eg the winner of the Intro championship class on 7/10/23 will only be eligible to compete in the Prelim championship class on 12/10/24.  This does not apply to the Ele or PYO levels which are open to all 

TRAILBLAZER 2ND ROUND – PLEASE READ IF APPLICABLE

Please see the Trailblazer’s website (www.trailblazerschampionships.com) for the rules surrounding the eligibility of the horses and riders for the 2024 championship show.

To enter the second round you will need to have purchased a second round qualification card and / or obtained your qualifying letter from Trailblazers which you MUST present to the organiser at the show.

If you are a Trailblazer's competitor, please also state your membership number in the class notes when you submit your online entry.  If you are not competing as a Trailblazer's competitor, please put 'non TB' in the class notes.

The Intro class is now open to both juniors AND SENIORS

Please note there is NO ELEMENTARY QUALIFIER FOR JUNIORS; under Trailblazer rules, once a competitor has attained their 17th birthday on or after the first day (dressage warm up day) of the Trailblazers Championship Finals they may only compete in senior competitions.

The following numbers will qualify from each Second Round class.

SUNSHINE TOUR QUALIFICATION
This show is also a qualifier for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All England Jumping Course, Hickstead from 12th - 14th September 2024. The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur competitors in Dressage from Intro to Elementary.
Qualification: 1st – 3rd place. Qualification does not pass down the line.

ORSETT DRESSAGE CHAMPIONSHIPS

This show is a qualifier for 2024 The Orsett Show Championships held at The Orsett Showground, Rectory Rd, Orsett, Grays, Essex RM16 3JU on Saturday, 7th September 2024.

To enter the championships, each combination must gain 2 qualifications (Intro - Novice only) at an Orsett Show approved venue.

Refunds and transfers to future shows will not be issued after times have been published. A transfer of entries may be considered if the competitor emails dressage@brookfarmtc.co.uk prior to the show times being published. Brook Farm will issue refunds for entries in line with British Dressage rules and reserves the right to charge an administration fee for any refund or transfer of entries.

If you are competing more than one horse or travelling with another competitor, please mention this on the class notes when entering.
