Payment Details & Event Fees
Online payment via the 'MyRidingLife' booking system will permit use of a credit or debit card, or a Paypal account. If you have issues using the payment facility, please call 07736 108495 for assistance. Manually processed entries - £5 admin fee payable with booking/non-refundable. Alterations post drawn order publication incur an admin fee of £5 which is non-refundable. First Aid will be levied at £5 per MRL-defined-rider, per booking party, per day. If you wish to add further class entries for a rider, having already completed a booking, provided your booking account is correctly set up and you were the original booking party, then you will not be re-charged the levy payment. PLEASE NOTE if more than one booking party books for the same rider, this fee will be payable by each separate booker per rider per day. Note too, that if a booking party defines a rider more than once in their account, then uses more than one of these from the drop down rider selection list, the system will perceive this to be two (or more) different riders and the fee will be applied to each accordingly. If you notice in your rider drop down box a rider appearing mutiple times, be sure to select from the same position in the list for every class entered. We advise that you then apply to the system providers (text to 07798626075), after the event, to delete the duplicate rider records. (They will also merge all 'live' entries across all venues using the system, but no adjustment to fees already paid will be applicable). There will be no refunds payable of first aid levy charged by the entry system where multiple bookings parties enter the same actual rider on the same day nor where an actual rider is multiple times defined in a booking party's online entry account (i.e. the rider has several MyRidingLife rider account numbers within one single booking account or across several different booking accounts.) Dishonoured or cancelled payment or ANY non-payment by last day of event - A £20 fee will be levied, all recovery costs are payable plus interest charged daily at Barclays Base Rate plus 8%. Results will be published on the website on the day but will be subject to British Showjumping show office verification. Results may be monitored in real time via the British Showjumping website 'live results' facility and you are recommended to check your result is as you expect in this system on the day. Prize money will be paid via one or more refund payments to the booking party for the award winning class on the online payment platform, returning to the original payment means used for the transaction(s) refunded. No refund payable re. first aid levy charged where there are multiple bookers of the same rider, nor where the rider is mutiple times defined in the booking party's account. The event is affiliated to the British Showjumping Association and its rules apply to the competition offered and bind all parties. The competition schedule on the website and online entry system is an abbreviated version of the official BS schedule in order to facilitate online entry. Please refer to the official BS schedule available on the BS website - it is the rider (and BS registered guardian of junior rider) and the horse/pony owner who are responsible for ensuring eligibility for any class entered. ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE RING DAY IS FULL OR DRAWS ARE TO BE COMPLETED. CANCELLATIONS All cancellation or withdrawal requests must be by the original booking party using the email address of the original booking transaction(s) and must be sent to office@southviewarena.com. Please check that your email has been received - no responsibility is accepted for example if email address is incorrectly completed - you must receive a read receipt and our emailed reply to validate your cancellation date and time. Refund rules are on the basis of day/time of the formal cancellation notification only - We do not need to be advised of the reason for any cancellation and vet's notes / doctor's letters / any other form of evidence of reason are NOT required accordingly. NOTE: FOR THIS EVENT, STABLE/HOOKUP REFUND TERMS DIFFER TO THE RULES FOR ENTRIES AND FIRST AID Entry/stable booking should be made via the online entry platform; manual entry at venue discretion, +£5 per booking and this fee is not refundable in any circumstance. For cancellation of entries etc notified from MIDNIGHT OF 27th APRIL 2024 up until NOON OF 2nd MAY 2024, a 50% refund is paid (excluding any non-refundable fees e.g. manual entry fees etc.) For cancellation of entries etc notified after NOON OF 2nd MAY 2024, NO REFUND NOR 'CARRY FORWARD' NOR TRANSFER TO A DIFFERENT EVENT IS POSSIBLE. REFUND OF STABLES AND/OR HOOKUP IS AS FOLLOWS: Cancellation of stables/hookup correctly notified by email up until MIDNIGHT OF 27th of APRIL 2024, a refund is paid minus the following: Any late entry or manual booking fees paid; the online booking system provider's fee; the payment processing provider's fee; a £5 cancellation administration charge applicable per separate booking transaction to be cancelled, or per separate cancellation request made. For cancellation of stables/hookup notified after MIDNIGHT OF 27th APRIL 2024, NO REFUND NOR 'CARRY FORWARD' NOR TRANSFER TO A DIFFERENT EVENT IS POSSIBLE.
