No lungeing, loose schooling or loose jumping in any of the Swallowfield arenas at any time.

Brand new course of 10 Jump4Joy showjumps to hire in our 70m x 30m outdoor arena

Introductory hire price £25 for 45 minutes, bring a friend for £5 

Please select your chosen time, you will have sole use of the arena during your 45 minutes 

Please note we will require a copy of any external instructors Public Liability Insurance once booking has been made.

A: You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Swallowfield Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your entry and payment.

 STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE

No refunds will be given for arena hire. If you wish to transfer your booking to another time, the venue require 24 hours’ notice confirmed in writing via email

In addition to our standard terms and conditions the following applies to our show jumping course hire:

• Under 18s must be accompanied and supervised by a parent / guardian.
• Hats must be worn whenever mounted and should be to the current correct standard for your activity.
• It is strongly recommended that body protectors are worn for all show jumping activities and are fitted and worn in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Correct riding footwear must be worn – trainers and wellingtons are NOT acceptable footwear.
• Please ensure that you poo pick the arena before you leave - please allow time.
• Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times and are only allowed in the car park. Dogs are not allowed near, or in the arenas, or on or near any part of the livery yard. Please pick up & remove your dog’s poo.
• Please leave the arena and fences in the same format and condition as you found on arrival.
• Please don’t arrive more than 20 minutes before your time slot and leave promptly afterwards.
• All entries are at hirer’s own risk. Swallowfield Equestrian Centre cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage, theft, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, owners, grooms, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.
