TIMETABLE
8.00am: Driving Caravan opens for collection of numbers, issue of maps, view times etc. Course is open for inspection by competitors.
9.00am: The first Competitor will start Section A.
Pleasure Drivers follow marathon Competitors
Competition D Obstacles will be driven after Competition B Competitors have completed the Course
Maps of the Course and Obstacles will be available for collection once the Technical Delegate has opened the Marathon Course. Members are reminded that they may not drive on any part of the Marathon Course and must inspect the Marathon Obstacles by the approved routes.

When you arrive at the event, please notify the Event Secretary and collect your paperwork for the weekend, included is an Emergency Contact Form
Please fill in the Emergency Contact Form and place it prominently in the Windscreen of the Vehicle the horses are with
If you have paid for Overnight parking, please ensure that either the Event Secretary or the Driving Secretary has signed your form otherwise you will be asked for payment

If there are sufficient entries, the OC reserves the right to split the classes into Horse and Pony

Please add £10.00 per vehicle per event for overnight parking, to cover costs of manure removal etc. Friday night is ONLY available during two day meets.
