A CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
Legal Liability - Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible neither the Organisers of this event not any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
Health and Safety – the Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all Officials and Stewards.
Safety Rules - Failure to comply with safety rules will result in elimination
Photography- By entry to this competition competitors agree to being photographed by the Official Photographer. These picture may be used by BEDE Events and their sponsors for promotion of the event and the class.
The Organisers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any class and to refuse any entry for any reason and at their sole discretion.
The Judges’ decisions are final.
All classes will be run in accordance with Pony Club Show Jumping rules 2024, except where specifically varied below.
Hats of all competitors, whether Pony Club members or not, must be tagged with a pink Pony Club, pink British Riding Club or pink British Eventing tag to confirm that it complies with the following standard, PAS 015 2011 with BSI Kitemark or a Snell E2016 onwards with the official Snell label and number. They must be worn with chin strap fastened at all times when mounted, with plain black or dark blue covers only. A competitor whose hat comes off his/her head whilst riding in a competition must, on penalty of elimination, replace it before continuing.
Vaccinations
10.2.1 No Horse may take part in a BE National Event (which includes entering competition
stables) unless it has a current vaccination against equine influenza which complies with
the following conditions:
• Prior to 2024 an initial Primary Course of two vaccinations (V1 and V2) must be
given with the second vaccination being administered within 21 - 92 days of the
first vaccination.
• The first booster (V3) must be administered within 7 calendar months of the date of
the second vaccination (V2) of the primary course.

Any horse receiving a new Primary course as of 1st January 2024 must be vaccinated as
follows;
• V1 - (initial vaccination)
• V2 - (second vaccination) must be administered 21 - 60 days after V1.
• V3 - (first booster) must be administered within 6 months and 21 days of V2.
• Subsequent booster vaccinations must be given at intervals of not more than
12-months.
• However, in order to compete a horse must be vaccinated in accordance with the
above rules and MUST also have had a vaccination within 6 calendar months and
21 days of the competition, BUT;
• A horse may not compete if it has been given a relevant injection on any of the
seven days before it is to compete at the event. Thus, a horse vaccinated on Friday
1st, may not compete before Saturday 8th.
Objections may only be made by team managers and must be submitted to the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes of the completion of the class, accompanied by a deposit of £10.

Each Team will be responsible for the Arena Party whilst Jumping.
There are no cars permitted in the lorry park. Cars will be required to park in the event car parks, it is advised to book a parking ticket in advance as tickets will be limited on the day and forward car parking will be the closest to your lorries
