Show Information

This Camp is suitable for lead rein and above and will include Flatwork, Polework, Show Jumping, Games/Handy Pony, Cross Country & Horseball.

A full schedule and equipment needed will be sent out to campers on payment of the deposit.  As well as plenty of riding each day, there will also be a disco and mini olympics!

When entering on My Riding Life please advise the child's level of riding in the Class Notes box.

The cost per child is £295 with a £50 deposit at time of booking which is non-refundable unless the space can be filled. If two members of the same family are attending, the cost is reduced to £250 per child.

 

This includes all meals, stabling or grazing. If grazing is chosen, campers will need to bring their own fencing. 

Payment Details & Event Fees

Your Booking is secured by a £50 deposit or full payment of the camp fee of £245.  Any remaining balance is due on or before Friday 21st July.

Entries in advance. Booking via My Riding Life only

No text, verbal, email, messenger or WhatsApp entries will be accepted.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Arkenfield Stables.
You will receive an email confirmation of your entry and payment.


If you would like to bring a person to assist who will not be riding, there will be a charge of £30 to cover meal costs or £5 per meal.

 

Stabling Information: Yes

 Please advise if you would like Stabling or Grazing.  If grazing is required then campers will need to bring their own fencing.

Terms & Conditions

Hard hats to the current BSI standard must be worn by all riders when mounted 

Back Protectors required for XC, showjumping, horseball and mounted games.
