Terms & Conditions
1. Fences will be numbered separately for each class. Competitors will be eliminated if the wrong fence is jumped. The judge’s decision is final. 2. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organiser or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organiser of any event to which these rules apply,nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horse, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. 3. The organiser has the right to cancel any class or event; to divide any class, to alter the course if necessary and to refuse any entry. 4. The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety or everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards. 5. Any objections must be made to the secretary, in writing, and accompanied by a deposit of £10 which is returnable if the objection is sustained. 6. All dogs must be kept on leads at all times. 7. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made after deduction of expenses. 8. Run Under BS Rules 9. Crash hats with chin straps secured, or hard hats, to be worn at all times when mounted. It is recommended that effective body protection be worn.
