Closing Date For Entries: 24 December 2023 (Late Entries may be accepted if there is space)
Start the year with a ‘bang’ and get the first ride of the year underway with a beautiful route in the Surrey Hills.
A marked route, approx. 16km/10 miles around Hankley Common and surrounding areas, with an option to go and find some ‘treasure’ to increase the distance covered and practise some map reading skills.
Optional support practising endurance style vetting’s and /or taking Heart Rates (of horses!) at the start and finish of the ride.
On The Hoof Distance Training organises fun and educational rides, clinics and other activities, including individual coaching in-person and online. See our website for more details.
All equines to be vaccinated against Equine Influenza.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Bookings in advance. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to On The Hoof Distance Training.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone or alter the event at any time.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Withdrawals prior to the entry closing dates: A refund will be given, minus £5 administration fee.
Withdrawals after entry closing dates: the entry may be carried to a future event held within the next 3 months of the same fee.
Withdrawals after 5pm the day before an event are not eligible for any refund or credit or to be carried over.
Late Entries are not eligible for refunds or credits
In the event of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, On The Hoof DT will endeavour to reschedule the event, transfer any entries to a future date or refund any entries less any administration fees.
