Information for vendors

Thank you for booking a pitch for our car boot sale. This information provides a couple of important rules and some other guidance to help the smooth running of the sale.

·       Your pitch will be approximately 2.5m x 6m to include the parking of your car. It will be on hard standing. There may be more room available if all the pitches are not sold.

·       Please bring tables and chairs from which to make your sales.

·       You may wish to bring clear plastic sheeting to protect goods from the elements should we have a wet day

·       Sales can be general AND / OR horsey goods.

·       The site will open from 07.30 for you to set up and the sale will commence at 09.00.

·       The sale will close at 13.00 unless buyers have left earlier. Vendors may not leave the site until the end of the sale.

·       Please arrange your own float and any bags needed for goods.

·       If you are bringing your dog, please always keep him on a lead – there is NO access to the grounds.

·       Please take away any unsold goods and rubbish at the end of the sale.

·       Please be respectful of our neighbours.

·       There is an on-site cafeteria and toilets.

·       You MAY NOT sell the following items:

o   Any electrical goods

o   Any knives or other implement that might be used as a weapon

o   Any oil or paraffin heaters

o   Any food items or drinks for immediate consumption
