Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries and payment in advance. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BP Events.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Prize Information

Rosettes 1st -6th
Trophy and sash for 1st
Medal and rosette for highest scoring under 18 in each class

Withdrawals/Refunds

  Withdrawals before entries close can be refunded or transfered. 

Withdrawals after entries close but before times have been published can be transfered but not refunded.

Withdrawals after times have been published cannot be transfered or refunded.

Rules and health and safety requirements

  • The Judge’s decision is final

  • The organisers have the right to cancel, amend or add to classes

  • No horse or pony to be left tied up to an unhitched trailer

  • No horse or pony should be tied up to the trailer or lorry and left

    unattended

  • No lunging in the warm up arena

  • Please take home all horse droppings and rubbish from around your 

    vehicle

  • Riding hats must be worn at all times when mounted.

  • Riding hats must be worn by all handlers under the age of 18. .

  • Please also obey all of Venues rules these

    are a requirement by law for health and safety

  • Please do not go onto the yard or around the farm

  • HEALTH AND SAFTEY The organisers of this event have taken all

    reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents from occurring and you must also obey any instruction given by the organisers, judges, stewards and any officials at all times.

  • Our stewards will do their best to locate you when your class has started however you are responsible for keeping an eye on the rings and ensuring you are ready in time. If classes are looking like they may clash then please speak to a steward or the secretary and we will do our best to ensure you are able to take part in both classes.

  • When you enter you are agreeing to the above.
