Show Information

Entries for this Championship show will open following the 4th qualifier on 27 April. 

Riders who have qualified at one of the 4 qualifying competitions will be emailed confirmation of their qualification, at which point they can enter securely online for the Championship. If a rider has already qualified at one level, any subsequent qualification at that same level, will be passed down the line.  

Any entries received from riders who have not qualified for the Championship will be withdrawn and associated entry fees will be lost. 

Combinations can take part in a maximum of three classes at the Championship show.  if you have qualified in several Introductory classes, for example in Intro A, B & C then you will be eligible to take part upto three times in the relevant Introductory class at the Championship which will run in a 20m x 40m Dressage arena, all other classes at the Championship will run in a 20m x 60m arena.  

'Wild cards' may be awarded to combinations who were close to qualifying once entries have been received upon the 8 May closing date, depending upon numbers entered into each class.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Once an entry has been accepted, no refund/transfer of entry can be offered following the closing date.  Fifty percent of the entry fee can be refunded if entry withdrawn prior to the closing date, alternatively the entry can be transferred to a future competition.  If the competition is cancelled by the venue/organiser, entries will be transferred to a future date unless a refund has been requested, in which case an administration fee of £2.50 will be retained against each class entry.
