CHRISTMAS CRACKER ONLINE DRESSAGE

Entries will open Midday 2 October.  Spaces are limited and will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, and will close @ BRC at 5pm on 20 October or when the class is full, whichever occurs first. So please enter early! (our entries close 17th Oct 2023 to ensure I have time to process these!)

Recorded test links must be received by BRC no later than 8 November 5pm. Details of how to submit the test will be sent out with confirmation of your entry once it has been accepted and will also be available on the website.

Entries are restricted to one team per club; however, we can enter as many individuals as they wish providing space permits. Please note in the class notes if you would like to be considered for the team.  Please also note the level you would like to enter in the class notes, Intro, Prelim, Novice or Elementary.

Christmas jumpers (instead of show jackets) and tinsel/decoration may be worn. This must not impede the horse’s way of going or compromise the horse’s welfare.

Horses can wear boots or bandages, but must not wear any other tack not permitted in a dressage test. Any incorrect tack will result in a deduction of 2 marks per item. For a full list of permitted tack, please see the BRC Handbook.

Rosettes will be awarded to the top 10 teams and individuals in each section. The highest placed junior in each section will also be awarded a rosette.

There will also be a prize for the best fancy dress or decoration, please ensure any decorations used do not impede the horse’s way of going.
