COMPETITORS ARE REQUIRED TO PRINT THEIR OWN NUMBERS AND PROVIDE THEIR OWN NUMBER BIBS Numbers & times will be available from 8pm on Friday 6th October 2023 at www.ffrc.org.uk/times and www.ridingclubresults.co.uk
The course may be walked between 2pm & 6:30pm on Saturday 7th October 2023 but will not be deemed complete until 08:30am on Sunday 8th October 2023. Any alterations will be posted outside the Secretary’s box on the day of competition.

Pairs Classes - £45.00 (FFRC Members £40.00 – one rider must be a FFRC member)

First Aid £5 per competitor medical fee.

Refunds will only be issued on production of vet/doctors certificate. In the event of cancellation 25% of the entry fee will be retained to cover administration costs.

Terms & Conditions

THIS EVENT WILL BE RUN UNDER CURRENT BRITISH RIDING CLUB 2023 RULES
1) Anyone riding a horse/pony on the showground MUST WEAR PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR WHICH COMPLIES WITH CURRENT 2023 BRC STANDARDS AND WHICH MUST BE CORRECTLY FASTENED AT ALL TIMES. Hats must be replaced if dropped and chinstraps re-fastened immediately should they come undone. Failure to do so will incur elimination. Fixed Peaked caps and head cams are NOT allowed.
2) BACK PROTECTORS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT 2023 BRC STANDARDS ARE COMPULSORY FOR ALL CLASSES.
3) Tack, body protectors & hats will be checked and riders with non-compliant tack, protective headgear and/or back protectors will not be allowed to compete.
4) Colours may be worn.
5) All horses/ponies must be four years old or over in current year and must be of sound condition. Horses may not compete more than once in a class. No horse may enter more than two classes.
6) Excessive use of the whip and/or spurs in any class will result in elimination.
7) The committee or anyone acting for the committee will not be responsible for any loss or accident to person, animal or property.
8) Objections must be handed to the secretary IN WRITING within 15 minutes of the end of the class together with a deposit of £20.00. Objections will be dealt with at the end of the day. Any objection not in writing will be dismissed.
9) All judges’ decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered in to. This includes jump judges, stewards and any FFRC official officiating on the day.
10) The committee reserves the right to alter or vary the schedule, or to decline any entry to any horse or person for any reason.
11) The committee and Organisers do not hold themselves responsible for any accident, loss or damage to competitors, spectators, animals, vehicles or property for any reason.
12) Dogs must be on short leads at all times. NO EXEPTIONS. Please ensure you clean up after your dog.
13) In the event of cancellation, 25% of the entry fee will be retained to cover admin costs
14) Schooling over the course is not permitted prior to the event. Anyone who does so will have their entry refused.
15) Refunds will only be issued on production of a vet/doctors certificate.
16) Membership must be fully paid up before benefiting from discounted class prices
