I hope to start offering monthly Coffee and Confidence mornings once a month covering different topics that affect riders confidence in the saddle, with tools, techniques and support to start to overcome your nerves and tackle the hurdles currently holding you back.

This is the first of these and we are going to be talking about a very important subject that affects so many riders and yet we  still don't really talk about it. - The Menopause.

The Menopause - has a lot to asnwer for when it somes to reduces confidence, heightened anxiety, not to mention pysuical changes in our bodies, so it's no wonder it has an impact on our riding and enjoyment in the saddle.

This is a no pressure, friendly group where we will talk through some of the ways you are or have been affected, give a little more insight into why that might be and how you can start to build your confidnce back up knowing there is the option of support and help if you'd like it.

I am a Centre 10 Advanced Coach and I specialise in developing riders confidnce and mindset combined with traditional ridden coaching to support rider to acheive their goals, whatever they may be and however big or small they may seem.
