This competition will run under British Riding Club Rules. If the date of the qualifier is cancelled for any reason, the close of prelim entry will remain. However, if the qualifier is moved more than 21 days later, entries will be re-opened but late entry fees cannot be refunded. Eligibility will be approved at the original close of prelim entry.

• Hard Hats: Hats must be worn correctly always fastened when mounted in accordance with 2023 British Riding Club Rules.

• Medical Arm Bands are strongly recommended

•A body protector is obligatory in all cross-country competitions and is strongly recommended in show jumping competitions. A BETA Level 3 displaying EITHER a Purple 2009 Label OR Blue 2018 Label must be worn in competitions where a body protector is obligatory. From 1 Jan 2024, the BETA 2009 Purple Label will no longer be accepted. The ONLY exception to this requirement is that the Exo Body Cages will continue to be accepted, provided they have a BETA Level 3 Purple 2000 Label – the secretary must be notified so they can inform the paramedic they need an allen key

• The use of HEAD CAMS is strictly prohibited.

• Stop watches are allowed

• Competitors must have the PINK BRC, BE or PC hat tag.

• All competing horses and ponies must have up to date flu vaccinations and comply with BRC rules.

• The decisions of the judges and/or the official stewards are final. If cancelled, administrative feeswill be taken out of any refund.

• The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonableprecautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials, and stewards.

• Special requests for times must be included in the notes on entry.

• No major adjustments will be made after the times are published. The organisers may not be able to accommodate all requests.

ALL CLUBS SENDING A TEAM MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST 2 HELPERS FOR THE DAY
