The course may be walked from 1pm on Sunday 28th May. Times will be displayed on CHHPC Facebook page Saturday evening prior to the event.
ANY RIDER AND/OR PONY MAY ONLY COMPETE IN ONE CLASS
Times will be published on the CHHPC Facebook page on the evening of Saturday 27th May, and displayed in tent on the day.

Horse Trials Individual - PC Walk & Trot Test 2022 (0.45m - 0.55m)

ENTRIES CLOSE Friday, 26th May 2023. Entries are strictly limited - so enter early please.
Acceptable Hat Numbers:
PAS 015: 2011* with BSI Kitemark
VG1 with BSI Kitemark
Snell E2016* onwards with the official Snell label and number
ASTM-F1163 2004a onwards with the SEI mark
AS/NZS 3838, 2006 onwards
Pony Club members must wear skull caps or hats of acceptable standard for all three phases. All hats to have a Pink Hat Tag.

Body or back protectors must be worn for cross country.
BETA 2009 Level 3 (purple tag).
BETA 2018 Level 3 (blue tag).
Jewellery is not allowed.

DRESSAGE TESTS can be downloaded from the PCUK.org website.
Dressage tests may be commanded for all classes.

Payment is secure and it goes directly to Crawley & Horsham Hunt Pony Club.

Prize Information
Prizes to all winners and second place in each section. Rosettes to all regardless of results.

Special Classes
Class 3 can include an overage section for children who are over 12yrs and riding at a very novice level depending on demand.

No entry fees will be returned without a vet's or doctor's certificate within one week of the event.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis

The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

The decision of the judges is final. Objections to be lodged at the Secretary's tent in writing within 30 minutes of the incident together with a deposit of £5.
ALL DOGS IF BROUGHT MUST BE ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES
No entry fees will be returned without a vet's or doctor's certificate within one week of the event.
Park only where indicated and if you get stuck wait for assistance.
DO NOT get your vehicle totally dug into the mud
These Trials are run under Pony Club Rules 2023
Combination may only compete once
Proper dress must be worn for each phase of this event.
