The second day, we will be out on XC, consolidating; 3. There will be no dressage work on either day; 4. Please be warmed up by your lesson time, but no jumping; 5. You and you horse need to come fully equipped for XC on both days. Please bring the following equipment: • Ear pieces/buds to link into my sound system whilst riding. NOT Bluetooth. Spares are available if you have none. • Skull cap (with harness that fits); • Body Protector (optional on day one); • Non-leather gloves (if worn), leather can slip from sweat or rain; • Jumping whip (a must) • Spurs - please bring with you to the lesson - don't wear them unless you usually do; • Running Martingale – do not attach to reins if not normally worn – leave knotted under the neck – and remember stops on your reins. • Make extra holes in your stirrup leathers 6. We don't want to waste time searching for tack, etc. if we need to experiment. Please bring any other bits that you might need to try out to the actual lesson. 7. I will bring copies of my XC Training DVD £20 (cash) on the day and if you would like, I will sign as required. I am sorry if this sounds rather bossy.
