Rules
· By entering any of the classes you are accepting and agreeing to abide by the Rules and Terms & Conditions
· All competitions are run in accordance with BRC rules
· Any rider of 18 years of age and under must have parental permission
· Horse and rider combinations may not enter a class more than one level below their highest entry in any competition class – e.g. if you have entered a Novice test, you cannot enter an Intro test.
· Horses must be aged 4yrs and over
· Entry fees will not be refunded once an entry has been accepted
· Rogate and District Riding Club reserves the right to refuse an entry without stating a reason
· Once you have uploaded your video you may not delete or re-upload a new video against the same entry.
· All entries must be paid by 18:00hrs on the 5th April 2023
· Videos must be uploaded by 18:00hrs on the 5th April 2023 After this time entries and videos cannot be received and no refunds will be made.
· Videos of tests must not be entered if they have already been judged in another competition. Any video which is suspected of having been filmed during another competition, submitted for another online competition or an old recording will not be accepted. In these circumstances no refund will be offered.
· Entering the on-line competition is at your own risk. Rogate and District Riding Club take no responsibility for any injury occurred to either horse or rider whilst recording their video entry.
· Correct riding attire and appropriate protective wear MUST be worn in line with current BRC regulations. Competition wear is not necessary, but smart clothes should be worn. Easter outfit or matchy matchy are optional.
· Tack must be in line with current BRC regulations.
· Boots and bandages are allowed to be worn
· No exercise sheets to be worn
· Copyright laws and music licence restrictions (PPL) must be adhered to when submitting any video footage. Rogate and District Riding Club will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of infringement of copyright laws or music licence restrictions by any competitor
· Judge’s decision is final. Any objection or appeal regarding a score must be made in writing within 24 hours of the test being judged
· Rosettes will be awarded 1st-6th
· Results will be posted on our website and Facebook page following the deadline. We will aim to get all results posted by 8th April 2023
· Classes will cost £10 for members and £12 for non-members (Pairs classes £14 for members and £16 for non-members)
