We do not need to be advised of the reason for any cancellation and no evidence of reason including vet's / doctor's letters are required accordingly. Anyone appearing to be showing symptoms of an infectious/transmittable disease or virus or any horse/pony showing possible symptoms of an infectious/transmittable equine disease or virus etc., will be required to immediately leave the showground. Payment Details & Event Fees
All prices include VAT - VAT statements are available on email request to office@southviewarena.com after completion of the event. A late entry fee is applicable to all class entries accepted after the stated Late Entry Deadline (shown as the 'Closing Date' on the MRL entry system). Entry that must be manually processed will incur a £5 admin fee. Entry or class swaps after closing for publication of drawn order (3pm on day of due publication) will incur a £5 admin fee. Admin charges including any late entry fee or manual booking fee etc are not refundable. Dishonoured payments or any unpaid account in any regard at the end of the event will incur an immediate £20 fee and interest and costs will be levied until the debt is settled in full.
