Online payment via the 'MyRidingLife' booking system will permit use of a credit or debit card, or a Paypal account.

Manually processed entries - £5 admin fee payable with booking/non-refundable

DAY STABLES  AVAILABLE : Permanent show boxes with starter bed £15 inc VAT  - please pre-book on STABLES tab when making your class entries. Boxes must be skipped our on departure please.

Stabling may be used for a competing horse/pony UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE BOOKING PARTY ONLY. 

FOR ALL CLASSES  IN THE EVENT OF INSUFFICIENT ENTRIES LOWER PRIZES WILL BE WITHHELD - rule 76.6

Prize giving format will be advised at the event/or on drawn order publication.

Results will be published on the website on the day but will be subject to British Showjumping show office verification. Results may be monitored in real time via the British Showjumping website 'live results' facility.

Prize money will be paid via a refund transaction on the online payment platform, returning to your original payment means. 

Where your winnings exceed the value of online booking transactions made in the last 180 days which have not already been refunded,  we will request your bank information and pay by bank transfer - DO NOT send bank information unless and until asked, This request will be by email from our prime email address and with verification data from the booking included in the request.If you do not wish to suply bank information a cheque can be posted to you (P&P deducted).

 All refunds for prize money payments due, will be issued within 14 days of the last day of the  event, in accordance with BS rules. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROCESSING OF THE ONLINE PAYMENT PLATFORM PROVIDERS CAN TAKE TYPICALLY 0-5 DAYS FROM OUR ISSUE TO REACH YOUR ACCOUNT. Please therefore allow this time plus 14 days before querying any payments due and be sure to check on your original payment means. You will also have received an email from the payment platform when the refund was issued - please make sure that the email you have on your MRL account and any paying account is current and correctly entered.

Refreshments comprised hot and cold meals, snacks etc. will be available.

The show is offered subject to the rules of the British Showjumping Association, the General Terms and Conditions of SouthView Equestrian Centre Limited and the specific event rules as displayed with the schedule on www.southviewarena.com.

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS CAREFULLY. 
In making a booking you are agreeing to these terms – do not book if you do not agree and please do not ask subsequently for any terms to be varied. 

RULE 76.6 APPLIES TO ALL CLASSES.

CLASSES MUST BE PRE-ENTERED VIA THE WEBSITE www.southviewarena.com. Manual entry with payment by card may be accepted in extreme circumstance only +£5 per booking and this fee is not refundable.

The date stated in the MRL online entry system as 'closing date' is the date when a non-refundable late entry fee of £2 will be applied to all class entry, including class swaps or changes.  LATE ENTRY WILL THEN REMAIN AVAILABLE UNTIL THE RING DAY IS FULL, OR AT LATEST AT 3PM ON DAY OF DRAWN ORDER PUBLICATION. 

ENTRY POST 3PM ON DAY OF DRAWN ORDER PUBLICATION, IF POSSIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE, (including class swaps) will incur a fee of £5 which is non-refundable.

CARS (UNLESS TOWING A TRAILER) ARE NOT PERMITTED IN LORRY NOR STABLING AREAS AND MUST PARK ELSEWHERE AS DIRECTED.

DRAWS TO BE PUBLISHED PER BS RULES, c.6pm and on days as follows:

AFTER COMPLETION OF YOUR ONLINE BOOKING YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM THE MYRIDINGLIFE SYSTEM - ***PLEASE CHECK THIS STATEMENT TO ENSURE THAT ALL IS AS YOU EXPECT / REQUIRE **

If you do not receive the email 1. check your spam net and 2. check the email address you have entered into your MyRidingLife account is correct. You can also see your entry and booking details on your MyRidingLife account at any time by logging into that account on www.myridinglife.co.uk.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation of any booking MUST be by email from the booking party email address to office@southviewarena.com and an email response will be sent to confirm receipt. We do not need to be advised of the reason for any cancellation and no evidence of reason including vet's / doctor's letters are required accordingly.

Up until noon of the day 2 days before the first day of the show, refund on entry cancellation is paid via the online payment platform minus the following: The online booking system provider's fee; the payment processing provider's fee; a £5 administration charge applicable per separate booking transaction to be cancelled, or per separate cancellation request made.

After noon of the day 2 days before the first day of the show, NO REFUND NOR TRANSFER  OF ENTRIES TO ANOTHER EVENT IS POSSIBLE.

Cancellation refunds, when due per the above rules, we will endeavour to issue within 28 days of the last day of the event.

The purpose of the event is to participate in competitive affiliated showjumping. All attendees must abide by all rules at all times. Anyone deemed to be breaking any rule or behaving in an unacceptable manner, at the entire discretion of the Show Organiser, will be required to immediately leave the showground. (No refunds will be payable.)

Anyone appearing to be showing symptoms of an infectious/transmittable disease or virus or any horse showing possible symptoms of an infectious/transmittable equine disease or virus etc.,  will be required to immediately leave the showground. (No refunds will be payable.)

 ANY CURRENT GOVERNMENT HEALTH STIPULATIONS MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES

Flat work is permitted in the outdoor arena during daylight hours, immediately prior to your allotted main/indoor arena jumping slot.

There is a levy of £5 per rider-per day payable which includes for first aid. THIS LEVY IS PAYABLE PER RIDER/PER BOOKING PARTY. It is therefore advised that only one booking party is used. Also please check your MRL account to ensure that each rider appears only once in the drop down selection box, as each occurrence will be considered as a different rider for this purpose. No refund of fee will be payable in instances of multiple booking parties/multiple rider versions defined. For help to delete duplicate riders, you can text the system providers on 07798626075.
