Please use this to purchase additional passes (please limit these to 2 additional passes per day, if you select more than this we will cancel and refund the additional), as well as providing us your horsebox details.
ACCREDITATION
Additional passes (Friday and Saturday only) will be charged at £80 per pass per day. (These will be posted by the Show).
National competitors will receive 3 passes per day they are competing/stabled at the show. Passes will be posted pre-show to the Billing Contact address on the entry. These passes will be posted to Competitors via the SSADL.
EQUINE INFLUENZA VACCINATION
Horses / Ponies competing at FEI Events must comply with the current requirements for Equine Influenza vaccination in accordance with the FEI Veterinary Regulations (All horses attending must have a booster vaccination within the last 6 months 21 days, but no less than 7 days prior to arrival at ExCeL. If the horse is undergoing the primary course of vaccinations, they must have had the second dose given 21-92 days after the first vaccination and be at least 7 days clear of the second dose. Failure to comply will result in refusal of entry to ExCeL).
ALL HORSE AND PONIES WILL BE INSPECTED ON ARRIVAL. ANY HORSE OR PONY WITHOUT THE CORRECT CERTIFICATE WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE SHOW UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Do not send the certificate to the Organisers but it should accompany the horse / pony on arrival at the show.
EHV
Due to the increased risk of EHV infection, we shall be putting in place a strict biosecurity policy, including an increased frequency of examination of horses on arrival. Please do not arrive on site if you are at all concerned about the health of your horse or pony before leaving home. If, upon arrival, you are concerned about anything, please speak to an official who will raise one of the Veterinary Team to assist you and make a decision about whether access to the site will be permitted. Please take great care with all your tack and anything associated with your horse/pony and ensure that there is no contact or possibility of cross contamination with other entrants and their belongings.
We are requesting for all horses’ competing in national competitions at the show to complete and bring with them the BEF Equine Health Status Declaration for Competition form, which we will provide competitor’s with their notes on the run-up to the Show.

Please note Sunday's Rider Accreditation WILL NOT give access to the Rider's seating during the FEI World Cup Jumping Class. These seats will be solely reserved for those with FEI Riders Accreditation.
National competitors will receive 3 passes per day they are competing/stabled at the show. Passes will be posted pre-show to the Billing Contact address on the entry. These passes will be posted to Competitors via the BSPS.

(b) It is understood and agreed by any Competitor attending the Show that permission is granted to HPower International Ltd (organisers of The London International Horse Show) for any photographs and / or film footage taken at the Show by any official photographer or film company to be used by them for security, promotional, live streaming and/or broadcasting purposes, furthermore the Competitor agrees that permission is without any payment.

Your personal information, including details of this transaction, your name, address, email address and telephone number will be held securely on My Riding Life (https://www.myridinglife.com/myridinglife/Index.aspx), and our own internal database.
HPower International Ltd will only use your personal data to administer your entry and to contact you regarding your entry and general information about the show. HPower International Ltd will also send your data to any relevant society for registration confirmation. As part of this transaction, each entry may be included in the Show Programme and Results published on the Longines Timing website and The London International Horse Show website and social media. By completing your entry the account holder, owner and rider are giving their consent for their personal data to be used as stated above. COVID-19
3. As a condition of entry to the Show all Competitors will be expected to comply with the current Covid-19 Policy for the Show. All Competitors and their associates will be expected to take all necessary steps to prevent the contracting or spread of Covid-19 at the Show. Should Competitors fail to conform to the Covid-19 Policy for the Show they will be asked to leave the venue.
