2 rounds with Jo Carlin (Ward) to advise if needed £15 per horse
Deposit of £7.50 to be paid when booking and the remaining £7.50 to be paid to Jo direct on the day. BACS or Cash only.

Any cancellations once times have been issues/ within 24 hours of clinic remaining balance must be paid directly to Jo

• Protective riding hats confirming to the Current British Standard are to be worn at all times with the chinstrap fastened and suitable footwear with defined heels. • Body protectors are recommended. • Jumps that are marked with red and white flags must be jumped with red flag on the right side of the jump. • All accidents must be reported to the owners before leaving the arena. Any damage to fences must be reported to the Aylesford Equine. • All facilities that are provided must be left clean and tidy at all times. • All entrance gates must be closed at all times • Lungeing is not permitted anywhere on site. • Please keep dogs on lead at all times. • Children must be under adult supervision at all times. • All droppings must be picked up in the arenas. • No mucking out into the lorry park. • If the competition is unable to go ahead, entries will be refunded or transferred to an agreed date. • All refunds are subject to admin fees of £1.50. • Aylesford Equine reserves the right to refuse entry to any clinic/competitions and /or the show, alter or amend rules as their own discretion. • Aylesford Equine accept no responsibility for your horse whilst on site. • It is a legal requirement that you have your passport with you when you travel, as you may be asked at any time to produce it and be checked. • All horses visiting Aylesford Equine must have their Influenza vaccination dated within the last 12 months. • All riders and anyone connected with them, in any way attend at their own risk while on Aylesford Equine’s premises and the owners of Aylesford Equine cannot be held responsible for any accident, loss or damage to themselves, their horses, people on foot or possessions while they are on Aylesford Equine premises. • All vehicles, trailers and lorries are left at owner’s risk. • Aylesford Equine reserves the right to cancel or amalgamate classes in there is not enough enteries. • All telephone, email and on-line bookings automatically accept the above terms and conditions.
