IT IS THE HORSE OWNER's & RIDER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK ELIGIBILITY FOR ANY CLASS.
PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT SECTION ON DUAL SECTION CLASSES – SECTION CANNOT BE AMENDED AFTER JUDGING HAS COMMENCED.

Online payment via the 'MyRidingLife' booking system will permit  use of a credit or debit card, or a Paypal account.

STABLES AVAILABLE : £70 First 80 stables only - permanent boxes includeding starter bed  (Duration only - available from 3 pm Wednesday 6th July earliest arrival, to Monday 11th July 9:30 am latest departure) 

Stables may not be shared nor privately sold nor passed on to others - rigerous checks are conducted for many security and Health and Saftey reasons. Should this occur, neither party will be given admittance to the show or, when observed after admittance, will be required to leave and no refunds will be payable.

Hookup available (see SUNDRIES tab) = £65 the duration - will terminate on Sunday evening. Please note that power is not guaranteed to be continuous and if this is required, please bring your own generator. Anyone found to be mis-using hookup in any way, including unauthorised connection and use of splitters, will be subject to a £200 fine and required to leave the showground with no refunds payable. 

Note that you may be parked some distance from the source of power therefore you must bring your own lead of adequate length which must be fully PAT certificated. Connection leads will not be provided.

All equipment to be used must carry a valid PAT certificate - spot checks will be conducted.

Haylage and bedding available (see SUNDRIES) tab and must be pre-purchased at least 4 days prior to the first day of the event

FOR ALL CLASSES  IN THE EVENT OF INSUFFICIENT ENTRIES LOWER PRIZES WILL BE WITHHELD - rule 76.6

Prize giving format will be advised on the drawn orders.

Results will be published on the website on the day but will be subject to British Showjumping show office verification.

Live reporting of results via the judging softwarre may be seen on the British Showjumping website - select 'Live Results' service.

Prize money will be paid via the online payment platform with issue made within 14 days from the last day of the event (note that the payment platform then takes 0-5 days to deposit in your account after issue, depending on your original payment means.)

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NOR SEND BANK INFORMATION - IF THIS IS REQUIRED IT WILL BE REQUESTED BY EMAIL WITH VERIFICATION INFORMATION PROVIDED. 

Refreshments comprised hot and cold meals, drinks, snacks,  etc. will be available in licensed cafe with indoor and patio tables available.

KEY BOOKING TERMS:

The event is affiliated to the British Showjumping Association and its rules apply to the competition offered and bind all parties. The schedule on the online entry system is an abbreviated version of the official BS schedule. Please refer to the official BS schedule available on the BS website - it is the rider (and BS registered guardian of junior rider) and the horse/pony owner who are responsible for ensuring eligibility for any class entered. ENTRY MUST BE VIA THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM ACCESSED ON www.southviewarena.com,  OR  www.myridinglife.co.uk. PRE-ENTRY IS REQUIRED AND PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL WITH ENTRY. 

ALL CLASSES WILL RUN TO A PRE-DRAWN ORDER WHICH WILL BE PUBLISHED  IN ACCORDANCE WITH BS RULES CURRENT AT TIME OF EVENT.  

A LATE ENTRY FEE OF £2 PER CLASS  APPLIES TO ANY ENTRY (INCLUDING CLASS SWAPS) SUBMITTED AFTER THE STATED 'CLOSING DATE' WHICH FOR THIS EVENT IS 3/7/2022.

ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE SHOW DAY IS FULL, WHICH MAY BE BEFORE OR AFTER THE STATED 'CLOSING DATE'.

APPLICABLE REFUND POLICY FOR THIS EVENT

PLEASE NOTE IN BOOKING YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS - PLEASE DO NOT SUBSEQUENTLY REQUEST THAT THEY ARE VARIED FOR ANY REASON.

FOR THIS EVENT THERE ARE DIFFERENT REFUND DATES AND AMOUNTS PAYABLE FOR ENTRIES AS OPPOSED TO STABLING AND HOOKUP; STABLE REQUISITES PRE-BOOKED/NOT USED - 50% WILL BE REFUNDED ON REQUEST DURING EVENT ONLY. 

Cancellation of any booking MUST be by email from the booking party email address to office@southviewarena.com and an email response will be sent to confirm receipt.

Up until midnight of the day 7 days before the first day of the show, refund on entry cancellation is paid via the online payment platform minus the following: The online booking system provider's fee; the payment processing provider's fee; a £5 administration charge applicable per separate booking transaction to be cancelled, or per separate cancellation request made.

From midnight of the day 7 days prior to the first day of the show, up until noon of the day two days before the first day of the show, refund on entry cancellation is paid via the online payment platform,  minus 50%.

After noon of the day 2 days before the first day of the show, NO REFUND NOR TRANSFER  OF ENTRIES TO ANOTHER EVENT IS POSSIBLE.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation of stabling/hookup is subject to a different refund schedule as follows:  Up until MIDNIGHT of the day 7 days before the first day of the show, refund on stable/hookup cancellation is paid via the online payment platform minus the following: The online booking system provider's fee; the payment processing provider's fee; a £5 administration charge applicable per separate booking transaction to be cancelled, or per separate stabling/hookup cancellation request made.

From MIDNIGHT of the day 7 days prior to the first day of the show NO REFUND NOR TRANSFER  OF STABLING/HOOKUP RESERVATIONS TO ANOTHER EVENT IS POSSIBLE. NOTE ALSO PRIVATE TRANSFER OF STABLE/HOOKUP BOOKINGS TO OTHER PARTIES OR IN ANY WAY PERMITTING THE USE OF STABLES YOU HAVE RESERVED BY OTHER PARTIES AT ANY TIME IS VERY STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED AND NEITHER TRANSFEREE NOR TRANSFEROR (IF STILL ATTENDING THE SHOW) WILL BE ADMITTED. STABLES MAY ONLY BE USED TO HOUSE A HORSE/PONY ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING AT THE SHOW AND BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT CLASS ENTRY.

Horses which are booked to be stabled must also have class entries and must have the correct gender stated. Any stabled horse for which there are no class entries as at midnight of the day 4 days prior to the first day of the show will have their stable allocation CANCELLED with no refund payable.

**All cancellation requests MUST be advised by email to office@southviewarena.com but please note we do NOT need to be advised of the reason for any cancellation and therefore  no evidence of reason including vet's / doctor's letters are required accordingly.**
