Entires close 6th September (earlier if full) If over subscribed Pony Clubs will have teams limited. ENTRIES WILL BE LIMITED SO PLEASE ENTER EARLY

One Round Classes – single phase
Each team member to jump first part of course untimed (but with a time limit), then continue second part against the clock (the jump-off). Teams to consist of 4 members, the best 3 scores to count. If a team has 3, all scores will be counted.


RESTRICTIONS:
Teams to consist of a minimum of 3 or 4 riders - the best 3 scores count.
Ponies/horses/riders may only jump one round per class.

Throughout the day a points system will operate, and teams will be awarded points relevant to their placing in each class. i.e. 6 points for 1st, 5 for 2nd etc. The Pony Club who accumulates most points throughout the day, will win a £500 prize for training or equipment purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Legal Liability - Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible neither the Organisers of this event not any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.


Health and Safety – the Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present.  For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all Officials and Stewards.


Safety Rules  - Failure to comply with safety rules will result in elimination


Photography- By entry to this competition competitors agree to being photographed by the Official Photographer. These picture may be used by BEDE Events and their sponsors for promotion of the event and the class. 


The Organisers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any class and to refuse any entry for any reason and at their sole discretion.


The Judges’ decisions are final.


All classes will be run in accordance with Pony Club Show Jumping rules 2021, except where specifically varied below.


Hats of all competitors, whether Pony Club members or not, must be tagged with a turquoise Pony Club, turquoise British Riding Club or turquoise British Eventing tag to confirm that it complies with the following standard.  It must bear the CE Mark AND a quality symbol: PAS 015:1998 or 2011; Snell E2001 with the official Snell label and number; ASTM F1163 2004a with the SEI kitemark; AS/NZS 3838 1998, 2003 or 2006.  They must be worn with chin strap fastened at all times when mounted, with plain black or dark blue covers only.  A competitor whose hat comes off his/her head whilst riding in a competition must, on penalty of elimination, replace it before continuing.


Vaccinations  As per BE rule 10.2 onward to 10.2 2 National Competitions 10.2.1  Two injections for primary vaccination, not less than 21 days and not more than 92 days apart, are required before being eligible to compete;

A first booster injection must be given within seven months after the second injection of primary vaccination;

Subsequent booster injections must be given at intervals of not more than one year, commencing after the first booster injection;

The most recent booster injection must have been given within the six calendar months and 21 days prior to the horse arriving at the competition. A horse may not compete if it has been given an injection on any of the 7 days before the event.


Objections may only be made by team managers and must be submitted to the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes of the completion of the class, accompanied by a deposit of £10.

Each Team will be responsible for the Arena Party whilst Jumping. 


There are no cars permitted in the lorry park. Cars will be required to park in the event car parks, it is advised to book a parking ticket in advance as tickets will be limited on the day and forward car parking will be the closest to your lorries
