Starting Times:

Hourly Arena Hire is inclusive of up to 4 horses and riders when you book.
Arenas will be open for hire from 9am with the last booking an hour before sunset

Show Information

• Maximum 4 horses per hour
• Please leave the arenas as you found them (poo picked up, no poles left on the ground)
• Staff will be around the site for any questions or problems you have

Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Richmond Equestrian Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

This situation is fluid and can change at any time – our Facebook page will show the most up to date and accurate guidance.
Richmond Equestrian Centre has a duty of care to our residents, staff, livery clients and customers. Please respect our rules and take them seriously or you will be asked to leave.
Clients must not attend REC if they:
o Have need to self-isolate
o Are in a household that are self-isolating
o Are feeling unwell


• Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to make a prompt start in the arena you have booked. Do not warm up in any other arena
• Do not run over your time slot
• Please report any breakages so no one is hurt. Again, CCTV is in operation and any breakages not reported may result in further hire being refused and a penalty charge
• CCTV is in place in the wagon park areas and will be monitored 
• Anyone taking payment in return for instructing, offering advise or help (instructors) MUST email bookings@richmondequestriancentre.co.uk to ask for an instructor form. Please note, all instructors MUST have valid insurance.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they exercise their horses within their capabilities and fitness levels for them and their horse

EQUINE INFLUENZA Primary vaccinations with 12 month boosters.
VACCINATIONS: Always carry your horse’s passport.
PARKING: There is ample parking in the wagon park. Please use all space available and park away from other vehicles.
POO PICKING: Collect any droppings your horse makes. There are wheelbarrows around the site. REC staff ONLY to empty the wheelbarrows.
