Qualifier Show for Sunshine Tour 2022
This show is a qualifier for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All England Jumping Course Hickstead from Friday 16th September to Sunday 18th September 2022, The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur competitors in Dressage from Intro to Elementary, Showjumping from Lead Rein – 105cm; Showing for Lead Rein, in hand, ridden, Working Hunter, Veteran, plus many more. Eventers Challenge from 60cm through to 1m Qualification: 1st-4th place Bring your personal qualification form available from www.sunshinetour.co.uk for Terms & Conditions.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Vet or Doctor’s certificate will be required before entry money can be refunded and an admin fee of £5 will be retained.

All Objections to the secretary, in writing, accompanied by a deposit of £50 to be returned if objection upheld.
Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are are in law responsible, neither the organisers of the event or the Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
The organisers of this events have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone who must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the COVID-19 restrictions and the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
All non pony club competitors are not covered by Pony club insurance and must have their own third-party cover. Mid Surrey Pony Club and the organisers of the event are not legally responsible for Non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, to cancel or alter times or classes.
Horses and ponies must be four years or over to compete in ridden classes. An animal that is sick or lame will not be allowed on the showground. NO HORSE/PONY TO BE RIDDEN MORE THAN ONCE IN EACH CLASS
Hard hats PAS or 2011, Snell E2001 with the offical Snell label and number AS/NZS38381998, 2003 ,2006. These must be worn AT ALL TIMES when mounted with chin straps done up. PC members must wear a hat to the current PC standard and it MUST BE TAGGED. Appropriate riding clothes must be worn by all competitors. ndard and it MUST BE TAGGED. RULES & CONDITION OF ENTRY The Organisers & Judges decision is final Entries only accepted with payment. Vet or Doctor’s certificate will be required before entry money can be refunded.
