Payment is secure and it goes directly to West Wilts EC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your entry and payment., PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY TO CHECK THAT PAYMENT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.

Over-night stables are in permanent buildings and cost £34.00 per stable for the first night, and £30.00 for the second night.
Stables are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival till 15:00 on the day of departure.
The stables come with an OVERNIGHT shavings bed and we ask that they are fully mucked out and banked up or re-laid on departure.

You will need to provide all equipment for your horse/pony we do not supply mucking out equipment

All horses/ponies must be fully vaccinated, certificates must be available to view on request.

West Wilts EC reserve the right to charge an additional clean up fee of between £5.00 & £10.00 for any stables not correctly mucked out. 

Sorry but we do not have electric hook up.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on or around the stable yards.
ALL dogs must be on a short lead at ALL times.
There will be a stabling list and directions on the door to the main office.
The external door to the toilets will be left open and lights for this will be left on over-night.
Use of arenas outside of the competition is by prior arrangement/booking only, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
There is no hacking/exercise available on any of the grass areas.

Stabling Withdrawals, Refunds Policy

All bookings are pre-entry only, refunds are issued on receipt of email to info@westwilts.com as follows:

Before 28 days of competition start date full refund less £3.00 admin fee £1.50 booking fee

Within 28 -14 days of competition start date half of cost less £1.50 booking fee.

Within 14 days of competition start date refunds will only be issued if we are able to replace your booking from our wait list.

The booking fee is non-refundable in all cases.

Conditions that need to be complied with to keep us all safe
• All entries and payments to be made online.
• Any visitor who displays any symptoms or suspects they may have contracted Covid-19 must obviously not attend the venue.
• All activity will be in accordance with the advice from the relevant national body, and social distancing guidelines must always be adhered to.
• The toilets will be open throughout your stay, sorry but there are no shower facilities onsite.
• Please take home  your rubbish home.
• Please do not park in front of or block access to the loading bay.
• Dogs are allowed but MUST be kept on a short lead at all times. No Exceptions.
