Entries Open: Monday 18th April . Entries Close: Tuesday 10th May (or earlier if classes are full)
XC Courses: Courses will be similar for the BE event preceding this and including an 80cm course.
SJ Courses: Courses will be similar to the BE event, with heights as stated.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries available on line at www.bede-events.co.uk. Entries will be taken on a first come, first served basis, and once classes are full the class will be closed and a waiting list held.

Entry Fee: £75 for Pre Intro, £77 for Intro and Pre Novice

Prize Information

Prizes in kind and rosettes will be available for collection from the info point at on site. 

Withdrawals/Refunds

All withdrawals made before entries close will be refunded minus the charges incurred by us to take the entry. After close of entries, if replaced, entry fees will be refunded minus a £15 admin charge, thereafter, no refund will be made

Terms & Conditions
1 The competition will be run under British Riding Club Rules, except where specified below
2 Any objection must be made within 15 minutes of completion of class, and accompanied with a £20 deposit.
3 The organisers reserve the right to amalgamate or cancel any classes if there are insufficient entries
4 Horses/ponies must be 4 years old or older.
5 Photography - By entry to this competition competitors agree to being photographed by the Official Photographer. These pictures may be used by BEDE Events and their sponsors for promotion of the event and the class.
6 Please note the protective headwear to RC specification must be worn at all times by competitors in all classes.

The Organisers wish to thank all the volunteers and helpers who have supported this event. Without their assistance, there would be no event and competitors should remember their generosity when speaking to jump judges and stewards. The committee wish all the helpers, spectators and competitors a successful and enjoyable day. 

LEGAL LIABILITY. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses ,owners, riders, spectators ,land, cars their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

HEALTH AND SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.
