THRC General Rules – Please see www.tendringhundredrc.co.uk for full rules. • Riders must wear hats PAS 015 (1998 or 2011), VG1 001.040 (2014-12), ASTM 1163 (2004a or 04a onwards), SNELL E2001 or E2016, AS/NZS 3838 (2006 onwards). All with BSI Kitemark or Inspec IC Mark. Any other standards / dates are NOT acceptable. • Tendring Hundred Riding Club has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid & prevent accidents occurring & must obey the instructions of the organisers /stewards whether written or verbal. • Tendring Hundred Riding Club shall not be liable for any claim in respect of damage, loss, injury or accident to any person, horse or property howsoever caused. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant has read and understood these terms and conditions and shall indemnify T.H.R.C or any person acting on their behalf against any legal action arising from such an incident.
