Rosettes to 6th place in all classes with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
Entries will not be refunded without a doctor’s or veterinary certificate.
1. This competition will only be held if ground conditions permit. Please ring Secretary if in doubt. £5 will be retained for administration in the event of cancellation. 2. No stop watches are allowed. Riders must proceed directly from the last fence to the finish. 3. No Horse/Pony to be ridden more than once in each class. 4. The judge’s decision is final. 5. The event organisers and their servants shall not be liable for any claim in respect of damage to any Person , Horse, Pony or Property howsoever caused. 6. Objections must be made in writing to the Secretary within 10 minutes of the close of the event and must be accompanied by a deposit of £20 which will be returned if the objection is sustained. 7. Entries will not be refunded without a doctor’s or veterinary certificate. 8. Hard hats PAS 015 (BS) EN 1384 (1996 or 1997) all with BSI kite mark. Snell E2001 with official label and number. AS/NZS 3838 1998 or 2003 both with SAI Global. These must be worn AT ALL TIMES when mounted with chinstraps done up. PC members must wear a hat to the current PC standard (without a peak) and it MUST be tagged. 9. HEALTH & SAFETY: The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 10. All competitors must wear a medical armband and a body protector. Competitors using body protectors using a key, must log that key with the event Secretary on the day. 11. All dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. 12. The right of admission is reserved. 13 Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event nor The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event.
