ENTRIES CLOSE 7TH JUNE or earlier if full.


This is a beautiful ride on private tracks, parkland and through woods. However, this is a working agricultural and sporting estate so do expect to see all types of wildlife and livestock. We will plan a route to avoid livestock were possible. There may be some Road work involved. Rosettes for all riders.

Parking [subject to change] is at The Triumphal Arch, NR23 1RX [this will be sign posted from the main road]. Please do NOT enter down Lady Anne's Drive, opposite the beach entrance as this is very narrow and you will get stuck.

If you are riding in a group please state this on entering, we allow a maximum of six riders per group. At least one mobile phone must be carried per group. Each route will be well market, in red for six miles and green for eleven miles.


A donation will go to the charity of landowner’s choice.


A photographer will be in attendance.

£20 per Adult, £15 for under £18, Lead Rein £10.

Please choose your preferred start time from the class list. We will endeavor to allocate you your preferred two hour slot although this cannot be guaranteed.

Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds unless we are provided with either a vets or doctors certificate.

The Organiser, officials, helpers and landowner do not accept any liability for accidents damage injury or injury to horses, riders, spectators or any other person, animal or property whatsoever. The organiser reserves the right the cancel the event. British standard crash helmet’s must be worn at all times when mounted body protectors are recommended. Entrants are responsible for their own insurance including personal accident and third party. By entering online you have agreed to all the above.

COMPETITORS NOTES – PLEASE READ
• Pre entries only – no one suffering COVID 19 symptoms to attend.

1. Entry is in advance only.
2. Entries will not be accepted without the appropriate fee. Entry fees will only be refunded if the event is cancelled due to weather and if we are unable to reschedule.
3. The organisers, officials, helpers and landowner cannot accept any liability for accidents, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever.
4. The organisers reserve the right to cancel.
5. A skull cap or hat with safety harness according to EN1384 plus any of the following standards: ASTM F1163, PAS15, VG1.040, Snell E2001 or AS/NZS 3838 or higher must be worn by all competitors. No hats with fixed peaks. The organisers strongly recommend the wearing of back protectors. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone present must themselves take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. Instructions given by any officials must be obeyed.
6. Medical armbands are compulsory for under 18’s and are strongly recommended for all.
7. Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times.
