The competition will be run in accordance with the 2022 Pony Club Show Jumping Rule Book and Spring Festival Series  Rules 2022.

RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. All persons entering the showground shall be bound by these Rules and Conditions of Entry.

2. The Judge’s decision is final.

3. The Organisers reserve the right to alter any part of the Schedule or to refuse entries without stating reasons.

4. In the event of cancellation, entry fees will be returned, less an administration fee of £4.50 per competitor, to offset costs. . This show will be run under the Pony Club Spring Festival 2022 and the Spring Festival Show Jumping Rules 2022 all available on the Pony Club website www.pcuk.org . A copy of which will be held with the Secretary on the day of the competition.

6. Any objection should be made in writing, accompanied by a deposit of £30.00. After due consideration of the objection, the judge’s decision is final.

7. No entries will be refunded unless a medical or veterinary certificate is produced within 7 days of the event.

8. Securely fastened hard hats must be worn at all times by everyone when mounted. Hats should be tagged must conform to PC/BD standards as set out in the rule book. Members should bring non-tagged hats to the secretary  Dark blue or black hats only please.

9. No horse or pony may be ridden more than once in a class.

10. Horses and ponies must be over 4 years old on the day of the competition.

11. The organisers of this event have taken all resonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of eveyone present at this event.  For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all resonable       precatutions to avoid and prevent accidents.  They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the Officals and Stewards..

12. Dogs must be on leads at all times.

13. Every eventuality cannot be provided for in these rules. In any unforeseen or exceptional circumstance, it is the duty of the relevant officials to make a decision in a sporting spirit and to approach as nearly as possible the intention of these rules

For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards

COVID - 19 ADDITIONAL RULES

   All compettions will be run under the PC Rules, with this additioinal cavets attached because of the Covid 19 situation

-  NUMBERS No numbers will be issued at the venue. Please use your own bridle or numnah numbers.

 - There will be a one way system around the venue to avoid any crowding and please minimise the numbers on site where you can.

 - Each event will have a limit on the number of riders allowed in the warm -up arena at any time.  This information will be avaible to you at the entrance to the warm-up arena and the numbers will be controlled      dependant upon current regulations and space avabile.

 -  VACCINATIONS you must be up to date with the annual vaccinations. If your horse has missed the annual renewal, then you will need to restart the course of injections again before competing.
