Bookings in advance only. Entry is free but there is a minimum sponsorship of £25 per rider.
Riders should register and make payment INDIVIDUALLY using the Secure Online Entry System (£1.50 per transaction).
You will be asked to enter the names of the people you want to ride with, up to a maximum group of 4
Online payment will be made via Paypal or debit/credit card.
Payment is secure and goes directly to Cranleigh RDA Group.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
If a rider does not wish to register using the online process they can download an entry form from the Cranleigh RDA website.

PLEASE GIFT-AID YOUR SPONSORSHIP IF YOU ARE A UK TAX PAYER – You will be prompted during your booking to confirm your eligibility to Gift Aid your sponsorship and confirm that you have read this statement: I confirm that I am a UK taxpayer. I have read this statement and want Cranleigh RDA Group to reclaim tax on my donation. I understand that if I pay less Income or Capital Gains tax in the current tax year than the amount of GiftAid claimed on all of my donations it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I understand that Cranleigh RDA Group will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I have given.

Riders must be accompanied or led by a responsible person on foot – 1 person per group.
Well behaved dogs are permitted on leads only.
BHS Approved hats must be worn by all riders.
Up to date passports will be required for all horses taking part and must be brought to the Event Secretary on the day of the event.
All riders ride at their own risk.
We strongly advise that all riders have valid third party insurance cover.
COVID RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT MUST BE ADHERED TO
