Entries will close four days before the event.

Entries online in advance. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Topthorn Arena.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Classes: £13 pre-entry only. Including postage for your sheet/rosette
First aid cover: £2 per rider

Rosettes 1st to 6th place for all classes (All sheets will be available to collect form outside the office straight after your test. Rosettes will be sent my post)
For every class entered, you can gain a signature on your Top Riders loyalty card which is worth two points.

Rules for the day:
1. We are only allowing 6 people in the outdoor arena to warm up at one time.
2. We ask for people to space out when parking to abide by government guideline on social distancing. 
3. We are allowing riders to have 1 groom per horse. This must include the driver of your lorry/trailer. If the rider is under 18 they can have 2 people with them. 
4. All scores will be in the board outside the office but sheets and rosettes will be sent my post. Please bring a SAE with in and leave it with a memeber of staff in the office
5. There will be a 1-way system in and out of the indoor arena.
7. Our café will be closed

8. toilets can be used and are cleaned regually thoughout the day.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
The organisers have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present. For the measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and stewards. We strongly recommend that body protectors are worn. By entering an event at Topthorn Arena, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Please see our venue or website for a full copy.

PHOTOGRAPHS
Topthorn Arena and those acting on behalf of Topthorn Arena may take photos during events. It is the responsibility of those attending to notify us when entering if you do not wish for any of your images or results to be shared on our website or social media accounts.

RESPECT
We want all competitors and spectators to enjoy their visit to Topthorn. This site is also our home so please respect the venue by not leaving litter, muck or bedding anywhere on the site. Thank you.
