Show Information
Entries Close 5 days in advance, Late entries 2 days in advance
Show will be competed outside with warm up area in the indoor arena. Course to be walked by all competitors before start of each class. All classes open to both horses and ponies with riders of any age. Horse or rider may enter in a class more than once, but only one entry per horse/rider combination pair per class. It is the duty of the competitor to ensure their hat meets the current standards. Classes are to be run under single phase where faults are accumulated over both sections, the second part against the clock. All competitors are to complete the whole round unless eliminated.

Payment Details & Event Fees
All entries must be pre-booked in advance, via My Riding Life.
All Payments and bookings come directly to Beechwood Equestrian Centre.
£2/rider first aid.
Late Entry Fees £2 per class.

Refreshments:
Café will be open serving refreshments.

Terms & Conditions
Beechwood EC Terms and Conditions apply, can be found on our website or in reception

Access to warm up strictly for 30mins prior to test times, cool down 5 mins following test - maximum 6 horses in outdoor arena at any one time. Rounds will be ridden consecutively or as near as possible. Each rider may bring one additional person with them to assist only. No assistants in the warm up or competition arena. Social distancing and personal hygiene must be strictly adhered to. Any deviations from government guidelines will result in being asked to leave the site and no refunds will be given. Follow any directions on site at all times. Usual terms and conditions apply.

Results will be available online at the end of the day and rosettes will be posted to competitors, therefore please check your address is entered on My Riding Life.

Café open for takeaway drinks, snacks and light meals only.

The secretary's office will be closed. Any issues on site please attract the attention of a member of uniformed staff and we will come outside to assist.

These competitions are going to be slightly different than usual, so we can adhered to government guidelines Re: Covid 19 and keeping everybody safe. Please follow all our show centre instructions to make this enjoyable and a safe experience for everyone involved.
