All Pony Club tests can be found on the website and downloaded for free.
All tests run under Pony Club rules and are open to all (non-members can
participate)

Payment Details & Event Fees
Online entries only—no late entries permitted.
You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Mid Surrey Pony Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Entry Fees: £13 for MSPC members, £17 for non-members
Rosettes to 6th place. A Mid-Surrey Championship trophy will be running
over the two dates (Mid Surrey Members only).
1. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of
the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible,
neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Cub nor any agent,
employee or representative of these bodies nor the landlord or his
tenant accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or
illness to horses, owners, spectators, land, cars their contents and
accessories or any other personal property whatsoever whether
caused by their negligence breech of contact or any other way.
2. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony
Club insurance and most have their own third party cover. The Mid
Surrey Branch of the Pony Club and organisers of this event are not
legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not
cover you. whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
3. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure
that health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to
be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid
and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of
the organisers and all officials and stewards.
4. The organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel any of the
classes as necessary.
5. Hard hat/crash helmet with correctly fastened chinstrap/
harness must be worn at all times when mounted (PA5015,
EN1384K or ASTMF1163)
6. Dogs, bicycles, roller blades or similar are not permitted on the
showground.
7. Horses/ponies must not be tied up outside boxes/trailers and
left unattended.
8. If any horse/pony has been in contact with strangles or any
other infectious disease it should not attend shows, clinics, etc at
this Centre.
9. If a competitor has to withdraw, the entry fee (less £1 for administration) will only be refunded if the application for the refund is
accompanied by a doctor’s or vet’s certificate and s.a.e. the secretary must receive the application no later than seven days after the
competition.
Rules of entry:
Covid-19 - this event will be run in line with current 2020
Pony Club rules and British Federation Guidelines. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with such guidelines/rules.
Please Arrive - compete - leave promptly
Please maintain social distancing at all times.
If you are entering more than one class you may find there is
longer than usual gap in between your classes, to maintain
social distancing please do not wait on the show ground but
return to the Pony Club field.
Please arrive no earlier than 40 minutes before your time to
use the warm up ring. No more than 6 riders in the warm up
ring at any one time.
There will be no prize giving - all rosettes will be sent to riders

Copies of your dressage score sheet will be available by: post
(only with SAE) email or Whats app - please leave your
contact details at the Information desk.
