Show Information

All classes open to everyone they will be on horse distances 

Riders to be dressed in show attire either showjumping or cross country style 

It is recemmended that riders wear a body protector. riders are expected to conform to all BS, BE and Riding club hat standards 

First and second round the same height 

Full compliance of social distancing measures and government legislation at the time of the show

No speed restrictions for first phase, Second phase timed, fastest time wins. Showjumping rules and penanlties apply for first round and XC phase 20 seconds added for a knock down and refusal adds to the time 
Maximum of 3 minutes per round

Payment Details & Event Fees

Pre-entries only, entries will be based on a first come first served basis
Times will be pre-allocated on a drawn order basis allowing for multiple horse riders
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Boyton Hall. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

The following policy applies to all competitors that wish to withdraw from any Boyton Hall event.  

Withdrawals need to be made in writing via the Boyton Hall email address info@boytonhall.me Withdraws will not be accepted if sent by text, WhatsApp, voice call/mail, Facebook

Withdrawals will be accepted if made before 1700 on the Tuesday before the event.  In such cases competitors will be offered a full refund or transfer to another event – please note this is for the class fee only.  The MRL booking fee goes direct to My Riding Life and will not be refunded by the venue.

Withdrawals made between 1700 on the Tuesday and before 1500 on the Thursday before the event entry will be offered a transfer of entry to the next event only.

No refunds/transfers will be offered for withdrawals after 1500 on the Thursday before the event.  

 

Our withdrawal policy is the same for all competitors and covers all reasons why a competitor may withdraw from an event.

Class size may be restricted to allow for the full schedule to run
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or change classes if entries are limited
Riders to be dressed in show attire please ensure you comply with all national safety standards
It is recommended that riders wear a body protector but it is not compulsory
Riders are expected to conform to all BS, BE and riding club hat safety requirements
Times will be allocated for each competitor – it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure they are on time

C-19 Rules
Full social distancing rules and requirements will be posted up on the Boyton Hall website on the Friday prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the rider and those attending with the rider to ensure they have read and fully understood all rules and requirements.
Boyton Hall takes the C-19 threat seriously and will ensure full compliance to Government advice/measures at the time of the show
Details of refreshments and facilities will be announced closer to the event and will depend on Government advice/measures at the time of the show
Measures will be in place to safely allow warm up/cool down and parking
For this to run competitors must understand that the rules in place are for everyone’s safety and that a zero tolerance will be in place for any individual found to breach them
